We have Mumble for voice chat. You can get the free software from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mumble/files/

Once the software is installed, you should be able to launch it from the link in the "Mumble Status" box on the left of the guild web site or you can run the software manually and connect to east2.voice.enjin.com, port 64316.
